Prabhakaran Jayapal (PJ), is a versatile professional with 20 years of experience in Corporate, Real-Estate & its Investment, Construction Management, Brand Development, IT consulting and Training & Placement services. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Madras Christian College (MCC), a Diploma in Bioinformatics, a Master of Business Management (Operations) from ICFAI University and a Certified Green Belt in Six Sigma in Quality Management. JP is a trained professional with 15yrs of experience who specializes in Business Sculpting, market research, Financial restructuring, capitalization, and most critically, excellent government liaison. He brings over a decade of experience in Real Estate & its Investment, Construction Management, Brand Development, IT Consulting, Training & Placement. He has been a Business Consultant for some of the start-up initiatives in India like ELMO India, Sense Images Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd, Prematix Software Solution Pvt Ltd, Iprompt Solution Pvt Ltd, Nivra Associates Pvt Ltd. Real Estate Management is being his passion for over a decade hence, he brings his expertise in developing Real Estate with Digitalized Data Base Management system thus creating segmented searches on the property. He has worked on projects with well-known companies such as Avigana, Red Bricks, and Hanu Reddy in providing viable properties. He has been instrumental in providing ace properties to some of the Korean companies associated with the Hyundai Group. Currently, he is working with the Government of Assam & Telangana for procurement of land for the construction of Government Guest Pan India. PJ is the company's MD and is responsible for business development, financial structuring and strategic planning. His Real Estate & Construction Firm Awarded PMC with the Government of Assam, India for the purchase of land and construction of Govt BTC Guesthouses throughout India in the year 2018, with projects totalling up to 1.5 million square feet for 15million USD. He played a key role in setting up of business development centre for Japanese MNC & Conglomerate “ELMO” to India for the use of ICT equipment “ELMO Visualizer” to Govt & Pvt school systems, also awarded exclusive distribution ship to South India for Product marketing, which helped the organization achieve its business expansion.
